Nancy serves as our Director of Operations and Customer Care. Originally hired by Geneer to handle expansion/buildout plans for additional office space as their company grew, she ended up serving in numerous capacities, including Information Technology Director and Chief Operating Officer. With that background and experience, Nancy brings a lot to the table for TLC.

Nancy, who has a technical as well as business background, is able to discuss problems, options, and potential solutions with our clients, helping them determine “business bottom-line” best decisions. She also provides “tier-one” tech support. She has also assisted several of our clients who have gone through moves and office expansions, advising on and/or designing the buildout of their facilities. I am thrilled to have Nancy on board not only for her experience and capabilities, but also because she has a positive outlook and a “can-do” attitude that meshes perfectly with mine. While many people are amazed she went from being COO of a company of 200 employees to wearing multiple hats in a four person company, Nancy is thrilled to have escaped the drama of the corporate world to work with small- and medium-sized businesses and the “real people” who run them.
